  2. Contents of ROMCOPY.ARC, as of August '87.  ( Future updates, if any, will
  3.                 be distributed as ROMCOPY2, ROMCOPY3, etc. )  Everything is
  4.                 public domain, non-copyright protected, usable as you wish.
  5.                 Source code is not yet provided.  If and when it is, it will
  6.                 be distributed as ROMSRCE, ROMSRCE2, etc.

  8. CONTENTS:       What you are now reading.
  9.                 The following three files will give a brief usage description
  10.                 if they are invoked with no parameters.
  11.  
  12. ROM_COPY.EXE:   Creates a disk file containing a memory image (usually of the
  13. (version 1.0)   contents of a ROM.
  14.  
  15. GETROM.BAT      Saves an image of either a hard disk controller ROM or the
  16.                 computer ROM BIOS.  ( Locations and sizes may vary.  The
  17.                 examples given are appropriate for an OMTI 5527 disk controller
  18.                 and the BIOS in an AT&T 6300 computer.  The values are probably
  19.                 correct for most other systems. )

  21. FLOOK.EXE:      Displays the printable contents of any disk file.  Provided
  22. (version 1.1)   to allow you to see messages contained within your ROMs, if
  23.                 you are unable to use DEBUG, or an equivalent program.
